Modelled in Blender / Textured in Substance Painter
The modelling process was a bit trick at times due to the lack of usable references of the watch as a whole. The main shots I could find were up close shots of the watch face on various auction sites. I actually turned to YouTube in the end and took screenshots from videos to help find some different angles on this.
The modelling, texturing and animation took roughly 10 hours – and then it was a two day render time. 700 frames of animation in Blender Cycles.
